Summary:碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 行銷與流通管理系 === 101 === With technological improvement and innovation in this era, the RFID applications (Radio Frequency Identification, RFID) has been widely studied and discussed inclusive of the location tracking of the transportation sectors, the production line control of the manufacture sectors, the inventory income and output of the warehousing sectors, the information flow of the medical care sectors, the administration of drug storage , the confidential security control of both the defense and business sectors, the biographical tracking of the agricultural and fishery sectors and the door access control and so the list goes on. The RFID technology mentioned in this study is applied to the emergency medical service system among the medical care system framework including the relevant applications of the emergency medical care between the pre-hospital and the post-hospital phases. When the first aid is given to the patients injured by emergency disasters with the ambulance transportation sending to hospitals within the golden rescue time to reduce mortality and keep the safety and health of people. Therefore, it is required to develop a process for emergency medical care aiming to provide timely first aid within the golden rescue time. In view of the platform of the emergency medical care, the RFID technological application developed for this study can be divided into two major phases: (1) the phase before the ambulance arrived at the hospital for injury examination and (2) the phase after the ambulance arrived at the hospital for medical care. It is hoped the process of the emergency medical care can be used to integrate the technologies of communication, RFID, handheld mobile phone equipment and the establishment of a wireless network with the bilateral seamless linkage of patient information between the ambulance and the hospital. It is allowable to send patient information back to the hospital when patients are carried by the ambulance on the way to the hospital. The emergency medical care doctors in the hospital can also previously confirm patient information and make good preparation before patterns’ arrival. Upon the arrival of patients, it is immediately available for emergency medical care to reduce the time wasted by injury examinations and information check conducted by the medical care teams upon arrival with more golden rescue time allowable. 。
