Summary:碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 休閒事業管理系 === 101 === The main purpose was to investigate the relationships of leisure participations, emotional intelligence, and teacher self-efficacy. The sample of the study mainly consisted of private vocational high school teachers of 101th academic year in southern Taiwan. The study adopted the stratified purposive sampling approach. Totals of 500 questionnaires were delivered and 424 of those returned were valid. SPSS 12.0 Chinese version for Windows was used to process data analysis and Statistic measures like the Descriptive Statistics, Reliability Analysis, Pearson Correlation Analysis, t-test, One-Way ANOVA Analysis, Scheffe′ method and Regression Analysis by Step were employed. The findings from the study were as follows. 1. There was a significant correlation between leisure participations and emotional intelligence. 2. There was a significant correlation between leisure participations and teacher self-efficacy. 3. There was a significant correlation between emotional intelligence and teacher self-efficacy. 4. Leisure participations and emotional intelligence were effectively predictable to teacher self-efficacy. According to the results, this study concluded that the importance and effects of the leisure participations of the teachers. Suggestions for future related studies were also provided in the summary chapter.
