Using Smart phones, computers, electronic activities such as watching TV, has become an indispensable element in modern life. According to previous studies, students enter colleges, have lower impact from their parents, their schedule plans and arrangement of the timeline are deeply affecting the sleep time at night. Related studies show that engaged in plating online games before bed, high degree of immersion and retire for the late night, relative to the whole time of sleep will reduced and fatigue also be affected by lack of sleep and increased. Compare to the average video game users and severe video game users, the result can make a clear difference on sleep quality. This study collects 20 the college students who constant used computers more than 1 hour before sleep on a voluntary basis. Taking sleeping drugs and anti-anxiety, depression agent could be excluded after an initial screening questionnaire. Within the preparation for the demarcation, first stage for the understanding of the research and interviews prepared is divided into two parts. One for the screening test, the other for measured portion of the interview. Refer to the part "After playing the game for the impact of sleep" , proceeding the initial exploration, and conduct focus group interviews with 20 university students. Interview questions are mainly about feeling of using computers, effect of their sleep and consider possibly factors that may interfere with sleep. Part of an official survey for the second stage, in line with the official standards of experimental testing will begin an official test, participants do not allowed caffeine-containing substances, tobacco and alcohol. During a formal survey, observation of the one-day record, under test on the day of record using your computer. The second stage will be divided into mild online game and severe online game using habits of two physiological measurements under test experiments and sleeping process will be captured to make data reference.
