| Summary: | 碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 數位內容與動畫設計研究所 === 101 === Face to globalization effects, the industries in Taiwan changed from OEM to ODM, and the key of the change was design. Searching the differential advantage between products and services, is bound to design to effect the overall operation of enterprises and integration capabilities. Because of the high demand of design and government's policies, the micro-Enterprises of design has risen and becomes a new tendency.
This study summarized the relationship between the industrial designer's capability and the feature of micro-enterprises. And Organized the case study of entrepreneur who start their company more than 5 years or failure of it, summed up the gap between success and failure cases. In this case, we could understand how the capability and process affect entrepreneurs.
(1) for entrepreneur who had industrial design background, the expertise was just only the basic technique, they must know their position with widely vision, and balance the employees and customer for long-term business stability.
(2) It's very difficult to have a business model to copy because the environment was changed continually, and In fierce competition of design field, use a small amount of resources to create high-efficiency in micro-entrepreneurs was a good method for industrial design company's operating mode.
(3)After the analysis of statistics, we could understand the 10 Main factor and 67 minor factor's priority from the Personality Traits, Resource control, Management and Technical techniques of micro-entrepreneurs designers.
