Since more and more smart mobile devices have been announced from innovation to the market, the smart mobile devices and the Applications (APPs) in the devices have become more and more popular in recent years. Queue management system reduces the queuing chaos in government agencies and organizations, therefore the system has been employed in various service industries widely. In order to enhance the traditional queue management system, this study proposed an integrate queuing number management system, which integrates the main functions of traditional queue management system with the smart mobile devices. Moreover, the proposed system also provides the cross-organization queuing number management model. It provides the queuing situation of nearby institutions for users on their smart mobile devices. The Queue Management System can instantly display the latest handling and waiting time on smart mobile devices, and alert users notification by light, sound and vibration when the ticket number is coming. Moreover this application is developed an effective function to refuse malicious queue, so that it enhances the application practicability and stability. Therefore, the Queue Management system on smart mobile devices will improve efficient and convenient for the user’s life.
