碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 101 === In today’s highly competitive market, the marketing and technology has changed rapidly which leads to the shrinkage on cycle time of high-tech product, the developing cycle is forced to reduce for customer’s satisfaction. That only firms meeting customer satisfaction, products guilty and cost issues will prosper and grow. The study is apply to each development procedures for new products, which included manufacturing process and technology evaluation, product characteristics and design, resource sharing, quality control and the relation for new product will be discussed. Furthermore, the ANP method is used to capture the key factors that firms have been faced at new mass produce phase. A case study’s the numerical data are the research conclusion used to illustrate the solution procedure and as a reface to manufacturing platform, reference to manufacturing environment, a significant improvement on producing is excepted. The results show that the new product manufacturing platform, the product easy to construct weights compulsory highest proportion; However, in the criteria for assessing the indicators under consideration to cost control, technical capabilities and limitations, product quality standards, equipment manufacturing capabilities and limitations , and information analysis and feedback of the most important indicators; while important in terms of the various departments, is based on the manufacturing sector as the most important. Therefore, in the new product manufacturing platform to maximize the effectiveness of the decision-making considerations, the proposed case company to the manufacturing sector as the key departments, cost control, technical capabilities and limitations, product quality standards, equipment manufacturing capabilities and limitations, and information analysis and feedback such as the direction to do to improve.
