For all respondents, their language ability plays as a partial mediator between rebounding resilience and work adaptive capacity, while new immigrants from Thailand have higher performance than those from Vietnam in Chinese language ability, rebounding resilience, and work adaptive capacity. 2. This group of new immigrants generally own positive psychological capital such as independent, strong, submissive, emotional control, fault management, and unity in family.Generally speaking, our respondents who have higher education background have higher performance in Chinese language ability, rebounding resilience, and work adaptive capacity. The longer our respondent have learned Chinese language, the higher self agreement of their own ability in Chinese language, rebounding resilience and work adaptive capacity. Therefore, education and learning is one of the most effective ways to enhance the overall capacity for the new immigrant women. 3.
