This study is based on convenience sampling method to Kaohsiung area medical institutions for the study of female nurses groups to questionnaires to collect data, and questionnaire included demographic information, gender roles and Workplace Stress Scale Internal Service Quality Survey scale and other structured questionnaires, the effective sample size of 472, the resulting statistics descriptive statistics analysis, reliability and validity analysis, ANOVA, Pearson product moment correlation and other statistical methods for analysis. The main results of this study are the following: (1)The Kaohsiung area medical institutions feel pressure gender roles nurses degree of recognition is in the upper level. (2)The Kaohsiung area medical institutions, nursing workplace experience internal service quality is moderate degree of recognition. (3)The Kaohsiung area medical institutions nurses personal background and gender role stress are significantly different. (4)The Kaohsiung area medical institutions and nursing workplace personal background variables are significantly different internal service quality.
