Description
Summary:碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 建築與室內設計研究所 === 101 === Sustainable development of ecological residential district has become the current trend all over the world, at the same time the awareness of the sustainability now was been the necessity for the urban planners. However, the community is the smallest unit for the city activities and behaviors, and it means that to achieve the goal of sustainable development it should start from the community. Through the assessment of the community''s resources, the planner can understand the state of the holistic environmental situation, and evaluate the potentials to transform the one becoming eco-community. This study starts to cut into the point of view from sustainable development in a community and try to conduct the qualified and quantified indices in Kaohsiung based on the real-field studies. The references, policies and indices review processes were conducted to induce the available indices. The statistics methods, Fuzzy Delphi to select representative indices and AHP for the professional weighting processes, were utilized to conclude the evaluation framework and indices. The summarized conclusions are as followings: 1. To establish the assessment indices of the green infrastructure in Eco-community in Kaohsiung: according to the research results to establish 5 main indices and 17 evaluating factors. 2. To verify the different weighting of the eco-community perspectives: the AHP method to verify the different weighting, and the results show the green network, characteristics of environment and water storage are almost equal to the impacts of environmrnt. 3. To establish the quantitative assessment criteria for operating in evaluating chart: the round evaluating chart set the points and easy to conduct to understand the state of the environment in the community. 4. To adapt the real-case evaluation process to recheck the adoptative usage: to use the different real communities in Kaohsiung as the feasibility rechecking process to verify the adaptative possibility. The study on the development of quantitative assessment system, which can be used before the modification of the communities and post-improvement evaluation, is a good tool for the stakeholders and planners to verify the effectiveness of eco-community.
