Especially there are more and more stationary shops which sell books now. As long as the change of the market and the business-operating, more and more corporations tend to run the business in a compound way. The combination of stationary and books selling not only affect customers'' consumption view but also make the competition of retail market not only focus on the prices. The change of customers'' consumption view strongly affects the competition among corporations. Lower prices and good products are not the main reason to attract customers. Because of the rising of brand culture, customers will first consider the shops with strong images. This paper mainly focuses on the structure of the business space of stationary and book shop, and the operating situation of compound stationary shop. Through literature to investigate the development of stationary and book shop. How to locate the shop between compound and chain operating. Use above to be the theoretical basis and build interview outline. This paper will take famous stationary shop - JIN-YUH-TARNG Books And Stationery Square as example. Interviewing the shop owner to understand the owner''s attitude to stationary shop and book-selling. Investigating the factors of the structure and the strategies of management. Providing future structure of the business spaces of stationary and book-selling which based on the result of this paper. The conclusion points out that the book section in stationary shop can make customers feel close to the business space and change the indifferent image of shops. Customers will stay longer by reading and finding books. The set up of book section also response the philosophy of shop owners. Owners provide various service to customers and make the relationship between stationary and book much more closer.
