This study was conducted by using questionnaire survey method, by which 225 children educational institution employees in Kaohsiung were selected as the research subjects and were interviewed with “Kaohsiung children educational institution employees’ psychological capital, job satisfaction and job performance questionnaire”. The results were statistically analyzed by descriptive statistics, one-samples t test, independent-samples t test, one-way ANOVA and structural equation modelling. The results of this study were outlined as following: 1.The levels of psychological capital, job satisfaction and job performance of children educational institution employees are at mid to high level. 2.The psychological capital of children educational institution employees show significant different upon sex, age, seniority, education, and job position of research subjects. 3.Significant relationships are found among the psychological capital, job satisfaction and job performance of children educational institution employees. Based on the results of current study, suggestions were made that in practical applications, the employees of children educational institution are encouraged to participate activities which benefit the development of psychological capital, and children educational institutions can assign employees with higher work experiences to orient new employees. To future researches, expansion of research area, adoption of qualitative research method, increase of variables, and conduction of repetitive confirmation are suggested. 許寶東 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 103 zh-TW |
