| Summary: | 碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 應用設計研究所 === 101 === Miao decoration not only embodies the people''s wisdom, but also reflects the people''s lifestyle, social system and the ethnic psychological characteristics. It allows us glimpsing the ancient traces that have disappeared, digging out its social and historical developing path. The study use Miao decoration in bag design of portable digital products, and establish a unique design concepts and forms, creating the pattern with cultural features and modern designs.
The study first investigates the history, culture, and decoration species of Miao. Afterward, the domestic and international designs about Miao are presented. The progress of industry produces many phenomena and problems of environmental damage, so the existence of human has brought a new crisis. In order to improve the natural environment, the environmental consciousness discloses. Thus, how to reduce harm to the environment in the design creation process is an important issue today. The study applies the green wetsuit fabrics in bags design for portable digital product.
The study uses the geometric, fish and flower patterns in Miao decoration, and creates 6 basic patterns. Then, the basic patterns are printed in green wetsuit fabrics using digital printing technology, and the wetsuit fabrics are produced into bags of portable digital products, that is, 13-inch notebook backpacks and 10-inch tablet computer bags.
