The factors of women''s social status and women''s economic autonomy consciousness up that indirectly influence the proportion of female entrepreneurship is higher and higher. This study tries to discuss the relationship between self-efficacy, social capital, entrepreneurial attitude, and entrepreneurial intention in chain store. Furthermore the belief control will be moderator variable. The research methodology includes descriptive statistics, validity analysis, variance analysis, CFA and SEM. Finally research that self-efficacy, social capital are entrepreneurial intentions associated with significantly, on the same time, through the mediation effect of entrepreneurial attitude is significant influence on entrepreneurial intention of indirect effects, the other to control beliefs that interference variables, about the relation between entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial intention interference effect is not significant, research shows that women entrepreneurs in the used of self-efficacy and acknowledge of social capital, strengthen faith control ability, inspire the women entrepreneurs understanding of entrepreneurial knowledge, approach to promoting entrepreneurial intentions.
