Description
Summary:碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 101 === The focus of this thesis is to inspect the factors of participation initiatives as well as sports obstructions shown by the athletes of Kaohsiung high school tennis team members. Buttressed by relevant researches, the methodology of this thesis involves questionnaire survey to examine certain athletes in high school tennis delegations in Kaohsiung. This maneuver is exercised by the customized questionnaire “Research Questionnaire of the Factors of Sports Participation Initiatives and Sports Obstructions Shown by the Athletes of Kaohsiung High School Tennis Team Members.” The 123 valid questionnaires received are then analyzed by T-test and One Way ANOVA. Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient is also employed to illustrate the correlation between the factors of participation initiatives and sports obstructions. The following results are acquired. One, in term of participation initiatives, gender, years of participation, and training hours per week show no different in “athletic pleasure,” “sense of achievement,” “social needs,” and “environmental influence.” There is, however, significant different in “athletic pleasure” when examining students from different grades. “Social needs,” “sense of achievement,” and “environmental influence” then present insignificant effects in this aspect. Two, in the research of sports obstructions: 1. Gender plays little role in “social expectation,” “sense of achievement,” and “environmental influence.” 2. Students from different grades have significant different in “structural obstructions” and “personal inner obstructions.” 3. Years of participation shows no different in “interrelationship obstacles.” 4. It is highly correlated when training hours per week was surveyed with “interrelationship obstacles” and “structural obstructions.” Three, in the investigation of the athletes of Kaohsiung high school tennis team members, the negative correlation is in evidence between participation initiatives and sports obstructions.
