| Summary: | 碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 101 === The purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation and relevance in leisure needs, leisure participation, and leisure constraints of junior high school teachers in Kaohsiung. It is also to explore the different backgrounds of junior high school teachers in leisure needs, leisure participation, and the differences of leisure constraints. The study is based on questionnaire survey, and junior high school teachers in Kaohsiung as the research objects, research tools as "leisure needs questionnaire, leisure participation questionnaire, leisure constraints questionnaire ". We use of frequency distribution and percentage of independent sample t test (t-test), single factor analysis of variance （ANOVA）, Pearson correlation analysis to analyze the data. The research is not only explaining the result of income but also providing solution and suggestion. It’s expected to keep developing for teacher’s career in the future, and we extremely encourage teacher to attend more outdoors activities to improve teacher’s life quality.
