business opportunities, minimize the risk to ensure the business stable and
sustainable development. The thesis focuses on researching, analyzing the
business environmenr, the internal situation, forecasting the factors, the potentials
as the basis for developing business strategy for Hanoi JSC until 2017 on the
basis of:
- Systematization of he literature in corporate strategy (Focusing on studying PEST
model, five forces model of Michael Porter and SWOT Matrix).
- Studying the impact factors of doing business of the company (internal, external
factors, advantages and disadvantages).
- Proposing business strategy for Hanoi JSC (hereafter called Hanoi JSC)
