On the other hand, the problems which are by means of unsuitable ethical behaviors of information tecnology emerge consecutively. This study applies literature review and questionnaire survey to explore information ethics literacy and internet usage behavior for high-grade elementary school students in Kaohsiung city from where the sampling data has been collected. As regards to data processing, statistical analysis methods are employed. According to the analysis, the conclusions are summarized as follows: (1)High-grade elementary school students’ cognitive abilities of information ethics literacy is above average. (2)High-grade elementary school students’ judgment of information ethics literacy is above average. (3)High-grade elementary school students’ internet usage behaviors have a good performance. (4)The more cognitive information ethics that high-grade elementary school students get, and the better their judgement will be.
