| Summary: | 碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 101 === The application of information technology in the management, operation, and manufacturing of business activities in an enterprise is very important, especially for the business providing electrical current, which is indispensable to the need of human life. However, the way to maintain the balance of the demand and the supply of electricity is a great challenge. In fact, the management for providing enough supply of electricity to customers strongly demands modern science. Since users’ behavior affects the supply and the demand of electricity, this is why Customer management Information system software (CMIS software) has been applied in Vietnam for understanding users’ behavior. Therefore, it is important for management officers to explore factors affecting user satisfaction with CMIS software. Based on the findings, it can offer some implications for both managers and leaders to improve their business performance.
This study adopts purposive sampling to collect the data due to time and cost considerations. This practice might bring bias into the research result. Thus, more objective sampling plan are recommended for future research.
