Description
Summary:碩士 === 聖約翰科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系碩士班 === 101 === The purpose of present study was evaluated the handle of standing for mass transportation vehicles. In addition, to explore the effects of various grip postures on discomfortable and muscles effort. Finally, the better handle posture and proposed to reduce muscle fatigue and increase comfort grip. The study was divided into two phases to conduct. In first phase, the field measurement was conducted for standing handle in various mass transportation vehicles. For example, grip diameter, shape, and height. Moreover, appling the questionnaires was to understand the responses of users for variety of handle design while taking mass transportation vehicles. In second stage, the muscle effort was measured in three postures on MRT. Results of study showed that all types of handle were different in various mass transportation vehicles. The analysis of EMG data showed that mean EMG for handrail grip was higher while vehicle was speeding. In addition, posture of the palm facing the handle is better. Results of this study could be provided the information for better design of handle in mass transportation vehicles.
