And measure the printing efficiency in order to reach the best system result, to reach that, the method is to adjust the quantity of the standard specimens at the first step, then test printing material from 20 sheets to 40 sheets, and then revise to permit the parameter of the flaw area pixel size, the last but not the least step is to control the color difference tolerating value of the inspection moulds ( this moulds is to examine the printed materials, intensity permitting the tolerance of color difference),is so called inspection moulds of sensitivity. Follow the exam procedure and the preliminary result is: The misjudging rate of the 20 sheets inspection moulds is high, and this would be a wrong result to judge the good printed matter by mistaking the flaw product. The result gets better but still incorrect if I exam 40 sheets inspection moulds leak and the examining rate is still too high, which is fail to inspection the flaw product effectively. Nevertheless, the 28 sheets inspection moulds is the most appropriate, the inspection moulds’ difference tolerating value is 5, which is the best moulds for the standard measurement way of color difference. The second section is to do the different inspection speeds from 80 sheets to 120 sheets for every minute to measure Security Document Printing flaw. The measure supreme error of the result is within 0.30%. The reason of detections lasting when rejecting by flawing error is between threshold value of the flaw at the time of detections lasting when rejecting by flawing error, and it is supreme to measure result within it. Next step is to measure the result and re-examined manually, and it can prove to analyzing, the result is the best to do it by 120 sheets every minute (100% fully machine speed) can show the most value benefit.
