In recent years, education experts and scholars considered overweight schoolbags problems, and promote e-book package to reduce overweight schoolchildren carrying the burden. However, the related investment in information technology education and training must be accompanied by before we can get the performance they expected, teachers' professional development, teaching methods and habits also need to evolve integrating information technology into teaching for change. The purpose of this thesis is trying to find elementary school teachers in the use of e-Textbooks critical factors due to different information technology into different application areas, the critical success factors and the weight ratio are not identical. To identify possible effects of elementary school teachers to promote the use of electronic textbooks, through discussing information technology into teaching and key factors related literature to find out variety of factors in this thesis. This thesis summarized and related analysis through the selection of the key factors for three elementary school teachers from Luzhou District and Triple District of New Taipei City, by using expert interviews method and analytic hierarchy process theory to identify the key factors and the importance of the sort, in order to provide the textbooks suppliers the references to design the e-book teaching materials, and to provide relevant education authorities as a reference for the preparation of textbooks and ranking.
