| Summary: | 碩士 === 世新大學 === 資訊傳播學研究所(含碩專班) === 101 === The Ministry of Education held the national language competition annually to fulfill the language education in the country, and also enhance the interesting of language learning to the teachers and students of all levels. How utilizes existing resources properly and still maintains past performance of language contests is an important issue which involves the key success factor of promoting language competition. Therefore, this study is to explore what is the key success factors in the promotion of language competition in New Taipei City, and what is the most influence element of these factors.
This study is based on the relative articles, the information of Ministry of Education and results of AHP questionnaire survey. The study develops the hierarchical structure which includes four dimensions and seventeen evaluation factors. The results of the AHP questionnaire survey is part of this research which completed by ten linguistic experts. The main findings of this study are:
1. According to the sort of weight values of four dimensions in this study are: provision of resources, establishment of system, spiritual level, and administrative support. In these dimensions, the provision of resources is the key element and has important influence on the critical success factors to promote the new Taipei City language competition.
2. This study totally have 17 evaluation factors, in accordance with the weight values of the first three factors are: the coaching staff has completed experience and heritage to follow, the judge of language competition has experience of both guidance and competition.
