For acquiring the high quality teaching, the teachers are engaged in all kinds of leisure activities to relieve their pressure. In the 21st century, Science and technology develop vigorously, and surfing the Net has became one of the important entertainments in people’s daily lives. People obtain leisure benefits to reduce their working pressure by Internet leisure activities. 631 elementary school teachers in New Taipei City participated in this research, and data collection’s achieved mainly via questionnaires. It aims to address 3 core issues: The inter-relationship among New Taipei City elementary school teachers’ personalities, internet leisure behaviors, and leisure benefits; how teachers' different personalities influenced their internet leisure behaviors? Whether different internet leisure behaviors affect leisure benefits? This research revealed that the teachers who possess “openness to experience”, “conscientiousness” or “extroversion” have obviously Internet leisure behavior and gain more Internet leisure benefits from it; who possess “openness to experience” or “conscientiousness” gain more “educational benefits”; who possess “neuroticism” to surf the net are engaged in entertaining activities as their purposes and obtain “the psychological benefits”; who have “agreeableness”and “extraversion” may obtain higher “social benefits”; The more days and hours they spend surfing the Net, the higher they obtain the leisure benefits. However, they surf the Net for longer years, they obtain the leisure benefits instead of decreases. People may obtain different leisure benefits because of different International goals.
