The goal is to provide a feasible teaching program by this instructional design. Create a systematic and practicable teaching model of media literacy by combining classroom management, personal teaching characteristic, and media literacy education, as an available and valuable reference for the frontline teachers. This research is based on concepts deduction assisted with quantity analysis. The target is a fifth grade class of primary school in Taipei, included 16 boys and 12 girls, 28 students in total. Author designs the media literacy education courses, using the class time to carry out six sections of teaching. Furthermore, author guides students to make the class electronic newspaper and the children TV station videos. Collect data by testing, interviewing, documents collecting and teaching reflection. The research uses t-test to analyze the frequency distribution data. The main findings of this study are as follows: 1.Ministry of education should promote long-term media literacy education policy systematically. 2.Media literacy education is not easy for local schools to be persevered for a long time because of personnel changes. 3.Empowering teachers’ media literacy education is helpful for promotion. 4.Combined self-made media in classroom management is worthy of promotion, it enhance children’s willingness of learning. According to the outcomes and conclusions in this research, author makes solid recommendations for the teachers who want to promote the media literacy education or as a reference for future research about self-made media in primary class.
