In the event of non-core competence part, companies may adopt outsourcing approach to handling. To create a competitive advantage in business, you must have upper, middle and lower overall considerations of establishing a more solid partnership. If the enterprise can have a global distribution capabilities through IT outsourcing service provider for assistance with the establishment, through IT outsourcing services enable partnership will more closely. Therefore, how to measure the quality of corporate IT outsourcing services across key factors, and their right to redo a system of assessment in order to establish a key factor in the quality of IT outsourcing services, is an institute to investigate the problem. In this study, Buckley (1985) proposed fuzzy set theory with the AHP, the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) will not only address the traditional AHP in the blur and not accurate questions and use triangular fuzzy numbers to convert questionnaire advice fuzzy positive inverted matrix form, and through the geometric mean to calculate fuzzy weight, and finally through the level cascaded to calculate fuzzy weights to discharge listed priority. The study period can take advantage of Fuzzy AHP to construct a key factor in the quality of IT outsourcing services to the weight system to provide enterprise IT outsourcing as a future reference. In this study, the quality of IT outsourcing service key factors as the research topic and Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process to analyze, and the conclusions of this study the overall level of customer demand for the most important aspects of the indicator, the service complies with customer needs, financial and human support commitments, outsourcing project scope and fee pricing approach, namely three important indicators.
