The convenience of the internet has made itself an indispensible tool in our daily life. However, crimes in the virtual network world happen in the same time. Due to the convenience and latency of the internet, the internet attack keeps occurring and techniques also keep evolving. To lower the risk and to secure the infrastructure under highly-risky environment, the enterprise needs to defend itself and fight against the attack. However, how to effectively and successfully defend has become one of enterprise’s concer. With the rising needs of mitigation Distributed Denial of Service, how to increase the competitiveness of the service and to satisfy customers by meeting their needs will be the most important in the agenda. This thesis which adopts the Extension of the Technology Acceptance Model, through the analysis and discussion of the documents and by the questionnaires surveyed, will focus on the acceptance of the Distributed Denial of Service Mitigation of users from E-Gaming industry. According to the findings, the service provider should focus on the following aspects to increase users' willingness to use the service. First, service provider should improve the simplicity and usability of the present system interface and provide users timely and quantified results. Second, from the perspectives of service development and marketing strategy, the service provider should improve the interaction by providing customer training programs and information exchange mechanism so as to reverse enterprise s’ pricy and inefficiency impression on Distributed Denial of Service Mitigation Service and then ultimately to strongly build up their reputation.
