First, according to the result of independent sample t-test,the different employment has a profound impact on the organizational factors and job characteristics. Second, according to the result of one-way analysis of variance, different tenure、age、education have strong influence on the work commitments. Third, according to the result of regression analysis,organizational factors and job characteristics and work commitments are evidently related. This research has provided practical suggestions for the organizational factors、job characteristics and work commitments.It is hoped that,through this research,a way to improve management effectiveness.
