Summary:碩士 === 世新大學 === 行政管理學研究所(含博、碩專班) === 101 === This research aims to raise the work commitments of government employees,and to explore the relations between oganizational factors、job characteristics,and work commitments.This research proceeds with the methods of survey by questionnaires.It examines Tapei City Government.Three hundreds of the questionnaires have been send out,and among which,two hundreds and seven sets have been valid questionnaires.The percentage of the valid questionnaires is 69 percent.The research results obtained through examining the data with the methods of independent sample t-test,one-way analysis of variance,and regression analysis are as follows. First, according to the result of independent sample t-test,the different employment has a profound impact on the organizational factors and job characteristics. Second, according to the result of one-way analysis of variance, different tenure、age、education have strong influence on the work commitments. Third, according to the result of regression analysis,organizational factors and job characteristics and work commitments are evidently related. This research has provided practical suggestions for the organizational factors、job characteristics and work commitments.It is hoped that,through this research,a way to improve management effectiveness.
