Description
Summary:碩士 === 國防大學政治作戰學院 === 政治研究所 === 101 === In July, 2004, PLA Academy of Military Sciences《China Military Science》and Xi'an National university of defense technology worked together to hold an academic conference on “ the theory of strategic psychological warfare”. The most important and urgent issue in this conference is focusing on how to shoulder historical mission and carry out national strategic objectives in today’s information age. On the one hand, the strategic objective of psychological war is to conquer enemy’s military without fighting. On the other, the strategic psychological warfare is a new type of the international political struggle to overcome enemy’s people as a specifically strategic objective. Since World War II, the strategic psychological warfare plays a very important role between the international struggle and the high-tech local wars. Some experts even predict that in the near future the strategic psychological warfare will be a key force to defeat enemy. This study is trying to explore the basic theory of the CPC strategic psychological warfare and how they use it to attack Taiwan. Through this way, this study also reveals CPC’s basic concept of psychological warfare and its concrete means to deal with Taiwan and evaluate its influence to Taiwan to get the results of this research. This paper can be the reference purpose for the relevant academic units.
