Description
Summary:碩士 === 國防大學政治作戰學院 === 政治研究所 === 101 === Abstract The Sixteenth Conference of the People’s Liberation Army Educational Institutions was chaired by Hu, Jingtao, the Chairman of the Central Military Commission of the Chinese Communist Party, in July, 2011. The reform of the military educational institution was discussed in this conference for formulating the future reform and development of the PLA’s educational institutions in the next decade. A series of reform on the institutions of the PLA’s military educational establishments were adopted after this conference. What is the impetus for the Chinese Communist to conduct such a huge reform and what is the main reform actually conducted is the motivation of this study. The main research approach of study is “documentary survey” for that to survey the reform and development on the institutions of the PLA’s educational establishments during the era of Hu, Jingtao (2004-2012), as the Chainman of the Central Military Commission. The aim is to analyze and to interpret the reform and innovation of these educational institutions and future development directions of their education practices. It is well-noticed that the PLA’s educational institutions have established a framework of combining the educational contents with the training programs conducted in routine forces, connecting the military education with the national education and nourishing high quality manpower domestically and overseas with parallel efforts. From the organizational adjustments in the PLA’s educational establishments, directions of the PLA’s future professional military education such as categorizing joint command and staff colleges, service command and staff colleges, service specialty schools and educational institutions for sergeants and petty officers will not be hard to be explored. The quick development and adjustment of the PLA’s educational institutions is worth of our concern.
