This helps to compute the payback from work. Similarly, checking in at social networking websites is also a way to prove that one has visited the site:「I was here」, and the “like” responses from friends and relatives are the best feedback received. The same word yields different interpretation in the practical and virtual worlds. This is a common situation in contemporary life. In fact, the meaning of this word in both worlds is poles apart. In reality, it satisfies the physical and physiological needs while virtually, it satisfies on a psychological level. It is hard for people of this era to not be caught in this internet trend, thus, the researcher came up with new themes by focusing on the behaviors (long periods of browsing time on Facebook, continuous checking in, and achieving spiritual satisfaction from feedbacks) brought out by this trend. Many ideas and dreams seem to be easily fulfilled in a virtual setting but there is a lack of “normal” social relationship, an insufficient skill in expression, an overlook of real life goals, and an overly strong positive feeling about oneself. These are repercussions of heavy users of social networks. This film revolves around people who check in on social networking sites and is presented using animation, hoping to bring deeper reflection and imagination among viewers. This work not only highlights the increasing sense of dependence and impracticality among younger generation, it shows the phenomena of physiological and psychological dissatisfaction especially in the world of social networking sites. Through using creative media, the researcher not only want to remind certain groups, but also to exhort oneself to utilize social networking sites with wisdom and discretion, to enjoy the convenience and entertainment they bring and to make practical connections with people.
