碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 資訊碩士在職專班 === 101 === With the rapid development of information technology and the pervasiveness of Internet connections, people are use computers to work in the hospital, because it can reduce the cost of hospital and improve work efficiency and work anywhere with using the Internet. So Hospital Information System which attracts the person in charge of a hospital’s close attention. Due to national health insurance in Taiwan, having a number of measures emergency medical competency evaluation assessment. Emergency medical personnel need to provide medical services in addition to burden of administration work. So they are overloaded with work. This study aims to combine with IT and professional nursing, concerning medical stuff needs and referring to each index in the appraisal of emergency medical services in hospital plus the information system for emergency medical capacity qualifier indicators of emergency department in order to achieve identical data record electronic and data processing automation, to resolve above-metioned problems that emergency medical care stuff face.
