When We Are Together：To Explore the Contextual Effects from Family Leisure Experience and Senior High School student's Deviant Behaviors

碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 管理碩士在職專班 === 101 === Many sociologist advocate the family is the most important socialization places for leisure because Parents' values and preferences, will be passed on to their children. However, many of sociological practices have sometimes been criticised for a simplistic understanding of parents and children interaction through family leisure. To counter this, this research explores some social structuring which is related to the family leisure experience and individual development, who has been pregnancy in human females under the age of 20. In order to understanding the full context, some research questions have been probed, including, what are the differences of personal leisure behaviors between before and after teenage pregnancy? What is the role and function of family leisure have been played in those teenagers across their life course? What is the influencing context of family leisure toward the teenage deviant behavrios? Six respondents, female high school students, have been selected and interviewed about their experiences, meanings and reflection during their teenager pregnancy. This research considers reflexivity as an essential process to be integrated into a qualitative methodology, as a prelude to the inclusion of biographical data related to personal, professional and educational experiences. All the narrators may therefore reveal their understanding of before and after events (prgrancy) and recorded (with participants‟ permission) and transcribed to considered subjective meaning, one that reflected human lived experience and the personal, physical and historical context of that experience for the data of narrative analysis, including family relationship (original and new family), friendships and community connections from school life, personal leisure behaviors, deviant behaviors, family companied leisure behaviors. All the unifying concept is that of looking for themes within narratives by focusing on what is said although these themes which are identified, and how they are interpreted, again depends on theoretical positioning. Narratives are seen by most investigators as ordered and sequenced due to one action as consequential for the next. This article encompasses six brief story of adolescent pregnancy, factors influencing adolescent pregnancy, and the consequences associated with adolescent pregnancy. Our research conclusion reveals (1) many adolescent pregrancy females keep their positive expections toward family leisure with their own. (2) Family structure, parental rejection, or a lack of warmth, affection, or love is considered a major factor contributing to adolescent pregnancy and motherhood, also led adolescents to seek relationships outside the family to boost their self-esteem. Thus, they are unsatisfied and with no realistic expectations about the leisure with their family before pregrancy and consequences associated with deviant behaivor if lack of interaction through family leisure. (3) There are some context between lack of family leisure and deviant behavior for adolescent pregnancy. Research reveals many adolescent females become pregnant intentionally because they see no other life goals before pregnacy. However, positive relationship between family leisure has turn to be the future goal for their life. Teen mothers viewed childbearing as the one thing they could do that gave meaning to their lives, and offered hope for their futures through fulfilled their positive expectation with her new born baby. This research has provided some implications for educators, researchers, and practitioners to prevent the deviant behavior of youth and improve the use of methods to protect against pregnancy.
