It is necessary to judge the good proportion of the enterprise. Every tiny detail of making product can probably cause the useless of the product and also it may lead to waste the resources. For caring quality and good proportion, it must focus on a lot amount of cost and people. How to useful lower down the cost and higher the quality is a necessary issue. This research use FMEA and Cause and Effect Diagram to try to find out all the elements of Product fail. To make sure of elements of fail, and then combine the character of FTA to use the way of management of quality to lead to the process of manufacturing quartz crystal oscillator. It can help discuss the FMEA of the process of making quartz crystal oscillator. After that, using the evaluation of risks to do the survey. From that, comparing the before and after. For making sure to complete the consequence of the research and precisely distinguish the key of the process of fail.
