Summary:碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 國際企業管理學系碩士在職專班 === 101 === This study we concerned the relationships among professional competence, self-efficacy, and career satisfaction about the human-resource practitioners. Question-naire survey was adopted as the primary research method. The subjects were based on purposively sampling from 292 the human-resource practitioners were working in Tai-wan. Collected data were analyzed by statistical methods as descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, t-test, single-factor ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, and linear regression analysis. The main results we found the positive relationships among of professional competence, self-efficacy and career satisfaction. In addition, the self-efficacy had partial mediating effects between professional competence and career satisfaction. The findings will provide the preliminary data on the relationship among three factors. Meanwhile, the findings can offer the practice of human-resource management field for reference.
