Cultural and creative industries is bound to form the next wave of industry competition. Ministry of Education statistics at this stage the number of university graduates as 232,448 people, but the unemployment rate was as high as 4.83%, gener-ally graduates find their work interesting, cultural and creative industries are now emerging industry to how to improve the employment of graduates willingness to must begin with education aspects, in order to improve college students on the cultural and creative industries involvement in school curricula or by adding industry-university cooperation or internship programs for college students in order to enhance the value of the cultural and creative experience and increase employment aspirations; this study investigates the enhance the cultural and creative involvement and added value of strengthening employment experience willingness to study sample college graduates, sampling the range of Taipei and new Taipei, using convenience sampling. Based on findings suggest that colleges and universities to re-design courses into the curriculum content and the cultural and creative students in order to enhance the involvement of cultural creativity and enhance the cultural and creative industries graduates in the employment.
