By reasoning, we think job security may affect organizational loyalty. This study were obtained by means of questionnaires from any industrial employ-ees. 300 questionnaires were sent out and the valid questionnaires were 292 by deleting incomplete questionnaires. Hierarchical regression analysis was used for data analysis. The data showed that job security and organizational loyalty are positively related, and job security and organizational loyalty’s sub-dimensions are also positively related.
