In Lumpkin and Dess’s formulation of Entrepreneurship Orientation (1996), an Entrepreneurial firm is defined as one that exhibits five entrepreneurial behaviors; autonomy, innovativeness, risk taking, proactiveness and competitive aggressiveness. These dimensions continue to diffuse the entrepreneurship literature as key dimension of EO. Furthermore, the problem of level in internationalization of the company-transferring leadership and ownership, as well as the involvement of family members has captivated into this research. The qualitative and quantitative methodologies are chosen to conduct this research, employing a way such as the questionnaire to encompass the different findings on corporate entrepreneurship in the family firm realm. As well as, the following data analysis methods are conducted: Descriptive analysis, Factor analysis, Reliability of the measurements variables, Structural equation modeling (SEMs), ANOVA and Cluster Analysis. Using these methodologies, we strived to overcome problems associated with the use of single-respondent survey data in Entrepreneurship research. Our criteria of selecting the sample is based on the definition of family business in literature reviewed: at least second generation family ownership; ownership group of at least two family members, of self-perception as a family business. Then, samples in this study are selected from firms draw from the DBD (Department of Business Development) and SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission Thailand). In this study we found that family firms display significant levels for all Entrepreneurship Orientation (EO) dimensions provides initial support for the level of internationalization. The research gave the better understand how specific family processes facilitate or inhabit corporate entrepreneurship in family firms.
