Therefore, the electronic database in the law there are two majors worthy of further study for: The first aspect is: by the user to provide their own set of electronic records compiled dissatisfied electronic database, whichever is the main responsibility? Whether the innovation and novelty? Whether it can be used as the subject of copyright protection objectives ? If it is not the subject of copyright protection, it has a wide range of industries in today's electronic database, in law, to rely on what to protect? This is the electronic database of traditional areas of inquiry. The second aspect facing is: When entering into the cloud computer era, but the use of a cloud service users, and therefore he can not control into the range "Whoever traveled will leave traces", when the cloud vendor or service industry will "identity " becomes a commodity (As a Service Product), and large-scale cloud computers centralized privacy of whether the results would produce nothing escape lines reveal? Dignity and privacy of individuals should be how to protect? How should the legal protection we should to do that ? This dissertation attempts to review these two aspects, and hoped that the U.S. and EU laws and regulations in other countries, proposed some findings and recommendations.
