Summary: | 碩士 === 國立虎尾科技大學 === 機械與機電工程研究所 === 101 === In this study, DC power electric pan uses solar energy module to storage electrical energy to the battery, three heaters of 200-watt were prepared for the experiments. Resistive electric heaters are just located below the electrical solar pan. Heat transfer analyses and simulations were intergrated for optimization of heat source in DC power electric pans. A 3D graphics software named Pro ENGINEER was used for drawing the solid diagram of the prototype design. An simulation software named ANSYS Workbench 12 was adopted to analyze the heat transfer and the temperature distribution condition for of the solar electric pan. Therefore, we redesigned different shapes of electric pans. In analysis, heat transfer and distribution were observed by changing the location of heaters. The influence of shape of heat zone was also discussed. Optimization of heat distribution can be obtained.
