Summary: | 碩士 === 國立虎尾科技大學 === 經營管理研究所在職專班 === 101 === Looking at the development of Taiwan''s macro-economy from agriculture, forestry, fishery, animal husbandry, light industry, heavy industry, high-tech, to cultural industries, allocation of agricultural resources has been gradually scarce, which has resulted the decline of agricultural competitiveness; agriculture is not a priority in the modern social awareness, which has caused the severe shortage of agricultural talents and loss of agricultural culture in rural areas. The theme of this study is based on the strategy of training quality agricultural talents. Execution of “Development of Cultivation of Quality Agricultural Management and Marketing Talents” project under the support of Taishan Training Center Bureau of Employment and Vocational Training Council of Labor Affairs, Executive Yuan will provide policy references for the government through literature review, hosting agricultural talents cultivation forums with experts throughout Taiwan, exploring the current predicament of our current agricultural development, aggregating information of relevant talents demands, and recruiting all suggestions from agricultural industry, government, academia, and training centers to plan a strategy that is appropriate for the current quality agricultural talent cultivation development. Focused on future agricultural development, this study has compiled a strategy to enhance professional quality of our agricultural talents and agricultural competitiveness, and this will enhance Taiwanese agriculture through new agricultural thinking and combination of society and humanity. The key initiatives include: 1. employing specific regional agricultural studies and interactive communication to systematically train local agricultural talents; 2. planning of market-oriented agricultural license regulation to reshape the image of agricultural experts; 3. reducing the gap risk between education and occupation through agricultural dual system training plan, using apprenticeship to allow novices experience agricultural environment and operating procedures, and providing good employment and cultivation of talents; 4. promoting international agricultural training to expand vision and learn from foreign successful agricultural companies; 5. attracting talents from different industries and developing self-improving and learning mechanism within agricultural industry, learning operating knowledge and experience from different industries; and 6. establishing recognition and support of agriculture from the society to motivate sustainable development of agriculture.
