It obviates the obstruction of time and space in our lives, and subverts traditional thoughts. Even so, the application of various of information systems can’t follow the time- they still stay at the semi-automatic and semi-traditional models. This study is to develop a management system which is based on telephone numbers, lead in creative cloud thinking models and develop a set to get rid of people, events, places, and things. The currently existing equipment of enterprises are able to use the software developed management system. It allows enterprises to use the system which can collect consumer information immediately, and consumers can reflect the various enterprise information within the system right away.
