Summary: | 碩士 === 國立虎尾科技大學 === 資訊管理研究所在職專班 === 101 === In order to assist elementary school students to develop their reading habits, many experts offer teachers a great diversity of critical success factors as the reference and the basis in the process of the development activity. However, when teachers face the suggestion of conceptual strategies, because of a lack of the aspect of the systematic strategy and the guidelines of overall framework, many students still are confused and fail to develop their reading habits. Therefore, this study archives different solution plans and organizes the framework of developing reading habits to help teachers who try to improve students'' reading habits to understand the critical success factors and make the solution plans.
In the process of researching, the writer uses literature review to control the critical success factors and the cpmceptual strategies and then collect solution plans in reading activities. In addition, through MJ method, the researcher builds the model of the frame of developing reading habits. Moreover, the writer analyses the rationality and the appropriateness of the dimensions and the categories to make the framework of developing reading habits by using focus group interviews, Delphi Method and so on. Finally, the author uses AHP to obtain the relative importance between the dimensions and the categories in the framework of developing reading habits, and the educators can conduct the priority of each category in this frame to be as a basis of the solution strategy in each stage.
This research offers the framework of developing reading habits. They can not only help teachers to reduce the exploring time and the possibility of failure when developing students'' reading habits but also assist them to precisely handle the procedure of forming habits and the objectives in each stage, and then that can make teachers to achieve the goal of developing students'' reading habits.
