However, in order to conform aerodynamic efficiency, almost blade is 3D complex curved shape, therefore the existing literature is insufficient understanding of this type problems.
The research applies reverse engineering method to sample the blade material in order to get the equivalent material properties of complex composite 3D blade.
Analysis the blade of wind speed 8m/s、10m/s、12m/s and 25m/s pressure by the steady field, then the data input to ANSYS analysis of the displacement at one meter, finally bending test the load is requited in the same displacement. The numerical result shows there is 10.54% to 27.95% different between the experiment and FE analysis.
