Radio hosts play a very important role, through interaction strategy inside or outside program, they operate interaction strategy to maintain the audience relationship.  This study discusses Hakka radio hosts how to interact, and what to do the best effect to achieve the purposes of Hakka ethnic radio shows - cohesion of Hakka community residents and audience.  This study using in-depth interviews with 7 radio hosts of Voice of Hakka., it has focused on Hakka radio hosts how to use interactive strategies; it shows their interactive behavior of the hosts and listeners in their program text. This study exploring radio hosts how to enhance the interaction with the audience, sharing Hakka lifestyle information, and linking the Hakka identity.  This study found that radio hosts use flexible language strategy, pleasant tone, narrative topics, and non-verbal behaviors of sound effects, music. In order to decrease the sense of alienation, radio hosts call listeners as friends or family in the program, it is like the intimate interpersonal friendship, so that audiences can feel close relationships with hosts.  Through operating language strategy, locality strategy and ethnic identity strategy, Hakka radio hosts share with audience the same ethnic background, language and culture. These strategies will help to unite Hakka audience, and to construct Hakka identity in the Hakka broadcasting, and thus to develop Hakka broadcast Community. 盧嵐蘭 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 120 zh-TW
