To solve the winding phenomenon during power transfer by wire, however, today usually using the slip ring on the rotating shaft of a power transmission. Slip ring is contact power transmission mechanism, when the long-term friction caused a limited lifespan. This study used a similar transformer structure, designing a non-contact power transmission apparatus, in order to avoid friction at the both ends of the shaft, respectively, to increase the life time of the transmission apparatus. This device coil around the top of the tank-type core, primary coil and secondary coil were 1 mm apart and fixed on the side of the shaft and the bearing; the two coils can rotate freely and noninterference in each other. With the push-pull circuit and used of Snubber circuit to improve the voltage pikes produced by leakage inductance. The basic electrical energy conversion efficiency of device can up to 78%. Besides, two groups of non-contact power conversion in series with the rotation mechanism integration, and the load of 140 W and speed of 10 rpm conversion efficiency was measured as 70%.
