In the study based on a questionnaire survey, respondents living in Miaoli County eighteen townships of more than twenty people, 252 valid questionnaires, surveys that information for statistical analysis (SPSS 18.0 version) statistics as a percentage , t test, one way ANOVA test suchhypotheses since. The results showed that: One, different gender of the people in Miaoli Hakka village with significant gender differences in values. Second, different age, education level, ethnicity, area of residence of the people in the Miaoli Hakka village with significant differences in cultural practices, the final results so make relevant recommendations.
