| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 專利研究所 === 101 === As nowadays many companies consider the continuous product innovation as a competitive strategy for maintaining its competitiveness, so they are willing to cast a lot of resources, such as manpower, material resources and money in product development and innovation. Here, however, companies also need to consume lots relevant costs as result of which they are facing challenges often from being accused of patent infringement. In view of this, the study proposed an applied model with a combination of CI and QFD to design around, for the purpose of avoiding from inside uncertainty of companies, as well as allowing them to design products which can achieve the goal of DFX and match consumer’s demands, and further create more profits for companies.
