This researching is using the mainly used HR service website – 104 human resource bank and foreign community career sites-LinkedIn as a research platform and with the open-ended questionnaire to investigate user’s experience. Through the investigation of user’s experience and the case study of LinkedIn to analyze the deficiency and the feasibility of using social network elements on 104 HR service website.
