The scope of this study is to investigate the relationship between the differentiation strategy profit efficiency and the product design strategy. By the main study of the record of LED lamp module production historical financial statements and the degree of production differentiation Scale (Likert Scale), we can carry out a design strategy analysis of sample productions and questionnaire for technical experts production differentiation. The conclusions are as follows: 1. About the differentiation strategy of production design, there are some significant differences between the two groups high profits and low profits in nine items including new materials, new technologies, process optimization, product series, function optimization, shape extension, performance improvement, total solution, threshold technical capability (patent). 2. On the relationship between the production profit efficiency and the product differentiation design strategy, there are usually high evaluation of the degree of production differentiation in the high profits group obviously. 3. About the product pricing strategy in the high profits group, the product price is usually located in the middle price about NTD 780 ~ 1125, on the other hand, in the low profits group, the product price is usually located in the lower price about NTD 148 ~ 506. 4. After analyzing the Lastertech Co., Ltd LED vehicle productions about the relationship between the differentiation strategy of production and business profit, we find that there are large business profit efficiency in the middle price production with the higher degree of production differentiation strategy.
